1. About GOOGROUP Mobile

GOOGROUP Mobile is a digital platform providing administrative assistance services through:

• STNKGOO – vehicle administration services.

GOOGROUP is an independent service provider and is not a government institution.

2. Service Scope

GOOGROUP assists users with document preparation, administrative processing, consultation, and submission support. Final approvals remain under the authority of relevant government institutions.

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and lawful information.
• Submit valid supporting documents.
• Maintain confidentiality of account credentials.
• Use the application in compliance with applicable laws.

4. Authorization

By submitting service requests, users authorize GOOGROUP and its operational team to assist in administrative processes necessary to complete requested services.

5. Fees and Payments

Service fees consist of:

• Official government fees (where applicable).
• GOOGROUP service fees.
• Third-party administrative charges.

Payments are processed through authorized payment providers including DOKU.

6. Service Limitations

GOOGROUP does not guarantee approval, issuance, or acceptance of documents by government agencies, embassies, immigration offices, or any third-party authority.

7. Intellectual Property

All application content, branding, trademarks, logos, and software remain the property of CV. DAYA MODA LINEAR or their respective owners.

8. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for users who:

• Provide false information.
• Misuse the platform.
• Violate applicable laws.
• Violate these Terms & Conditions.

9. Limitation of Liability

GOOGROUP shall not be liable for delays, rejections, or outcomes determined by government agencies, embassies, immigration offices, or other third parties.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
